Teel s.r.o. was established in 2012 by Ing. Tomáš Lacko and Ing. Monika Lacková.The main goal of this company was to finance the growing production and business activities of company Mertl s.r.o.
In 2013, Teel s.r.o. became the majority owner of company Mertl s.r.o. In 2025, the new production and storage center Zbiroh – Cekov was completed, which significantly expanded the production, storage and trading capabilities of both companies. The modern center is located only 3 km from the D5 highway (Prague – Pilsen – Nuremberg), which significantly speeds up deliveries. More extensive machinery and larger storage capacities have moved the activities of both companies to a higher level.
Teel s.r.o., which specializes in the storage of metallurgical materials, can use a modern, temperature-controlled warehouse. Structural, boiler, high-strength and abrasion-resistant sheets are stored here, as well as sheets suitable for laser cutting and sheets resistant to atmospheric corrosion (Corten). Sheets with a black, pickled and brushed surface, coiled sheets and quarto sheets are available. In cooperation with our sister company Mertl s.r.o., the offered materials can be further processed, divided, bent, welded, machined, painted.
Last but not least, Company Teel s.r.o. also deals with economic counseling. We will be happy to offer you a process audit in your company, recommend improvements, find weaknesses, advise where and how to certify from the point of view of the quality system or other professional processes such as welding. We will help with tax and accounting issues, including auditing. We also offer formal preparation of a business plan for the acquisition of predominantly bank financing. Moreover, we deal with acquisitions and marginal claims management.
